I will try to make it as easy to understand as possible so will break it down into 5 simple steps;
- Download the Build A Niche Store software onto your computer and print out the detailed instruction manual, then read it 3/4 times to get a grip of what you will be doing. Decide what niche store you want to build and do some research on the ebay catagory to see what is selling and what you think is a good prospect. - Buy a hosting account package to host your website/websites. The best on the market is Hostgator it will cost $9.95 a month for an unlimited domain hosting account, then register a domain/s. If you register your domains with another registrar as I do you will need to change the nameservers within that account to the Hostgator details emailed to you when your hosting account is set up, its simple to do.
- Install the Bans software to your server, follow instructions in the instruction manual, it is very straightforward and understandable. If you have problems with your instalation there is fantastic customer service at BANS and they will install it for you, all resources are on the member forum and questions are usually answered within a few hours. Once your store is online you will be able to customise the look of the site and add advertisment links and Google adsense ads to further increase your earnings. You will need to open an account with Google
- Its a good idea to create your own logo for the website heading, it will give your site more credibility, the best graphics software on the market is xara webstyle 4 its easy to use and a bargain compared to other graphics packages.
- Once you have your website to your liking and have filled in the seo tags (search engine optimisation) info within the BANS admin area of your site, you will need to promote your website name and generate traffic. There are many ways to do this and none easy, exept this one! Directory submitter is the simplest way to create backlinks to your website and skyrocket your search engine rankings-and the basic version is FREE! . There are over 2,000 directories you can submit your website address to with only 4 mouse clicks each!!. Incidentally, if you are a member of Affilorama this software is free in the july newsletter.
Believe it or not this is pretty much all you need to do to create a website that will on average create around $1,000 a year in income from ebay signups and click commissions, plus adsense and other advertiser income. It is the easiest way to create a passive income on the internet as every webpage has a constantly changing content, which search engines love, and means great natural search results for the site.
To put the whole thing in perspective, I created my first site in 1 hour, including graphics, and a further hour submitting my url to the directories. This 2 hours of "work" will bring me $20.00+ a week in income every week of the year.You dont need to be a genius to figure out that if you made a site a day (which is not out of the question) just how much you could earn. There is little doubt I will be heading towards the 50+ sites by the end of the year, that is serious money!!
